First leaked footage from Starfield

It has been revealed that Starfield will be a purely single-player game and that it is currently the flagship game of Bethesda Game Studios.

The first major leak of Starfield consisted of a series of images posted on Reddit by a disposable account named Electrical-Ad-8659. The first image shows something resembling a main or secondary character of the game standing in front of a ship or building. The second image provides a side view of a spacecraft, and the third image displays the user interface compass.

These leaks, as usual, have sparked a wave of speculation. Many fans quickly noticed that the building and the ship shown in the screenshots appeared to use some of the same modular settlement construction mechanisms first introduced in Fallout 4. This led many to speculate that the game will allow players to build their own bases and ships in a similar manner.

The jetpack on the character's back in the first image suggests that players will likely be able to fly. This is likely influenced by the gravimeter seen on the compass.
