How to Get All Achievements in Teardown — Complete Guide

30 mar 2026 at 18:06

Teardown is one of the few games where both the campaign is engaging and the achievements don’t turn into a chore. Most of them are easy to get, but a few actually require patience or a creative approach. There are 27 achievements in total, divided into 4 categories. None of them are bugged, difficulty doesn’t matter, and only one can be permanently missed — more on that below.

Guide to All Achievements in Teardown

Story Achievements

These four achievements unlock automatically during the campaign. They cannot be missed since they are tied to story triggers. Just play through the game and they will unlock on their own.

  • Summer is over — reach Part 2 of the campaign. Unlocks automatically after the first act.
  • Tourist — reach Muratori Island. Story-related and cannot be missed.
  • Beat it — finish the game. The final campaign achievement.
  • Completionist — finish the game while completing all optional objectives in every mission. This is harder than simply finishing the story since each mission has additional tasks besides the main objectives. Check the objective list before every mission and try to complete everything in a single run.
  • Drive for treasure — drive a sunken car underwater. The only achievement that can be permanently missed. On Muratori Island, find the sunken car near the shore and drive it underwater. As soon as you reach the island, look for it right away and don’t postpone it. Only about 9% of players have this achievement — not because it’s difficult, but because most people simply don’t know about it.

Progress Achievements

These are the most time-consuming achievements in the game. The three “voxel” ones in particular will require either a lot of playtime or clever use of mods. Destroying voxels:

  • Whoops — destroy 1,000,000 voxels. You’ll get this within the first half hour without even noticing.
  • Wasn't me — destroy 10,000,000 voxels. Unlocks naturally after several hours of active gameplay.
  • Now what — destroy 100,000,000 voxels. This one is a real grind. To speed things up, you can use mods with high destruction power (black holes, nuclear weapons, or anything else that destroys a large number of voxels). You can also install maps with lots of multi-story buildings to maximize voxel destruction.

Treasures:

  • I took a thing — find 50 treasures. You’ll naturally reach this during the campaign.
  • Average looter — find 100 treasures. You’ll likely need to specifically search levels for this. A separate guide will cover that.
  • True looter — find 200 treasures. Nearly impossible without a guide since some are hidden very cleverly. Go through each level methodically with a checklist.

Other:

  • Sharpshooter — get the maximum score in Skeetmaster 10 times. The skeet shooting machine is located in the office hub. Stand right next to it and use the shotgun. After each round — Pause → Restart.

Miscellaneous Achievements

The most varied category — developer secrets, physics experiments, and small jokes. Many of them can be obtained naturally while playing.

  • Visit the developers — watch the credits until the end. In the main menu, click the “Developers” button and watch them all the way through. It takes about 3 minutes, yet only 1.7% of players have this achievement — most people don’t even know the button exists.
  • Couch Potato — break the treadmill in the office 10 times. Break the treadmill in the hub, then Pause → Restart. Repeat 10 times — takes about five minutes.
  • Déjà vu — return to West Point Dock after the first mission. Once the map becomes freely accessible, simply visit the dock again.

Vehicle stunts:

  • Above and beyond — reach a height of 100 meters. Climb the tallest building you can find or use a map with a skyscraper. You can also launch yourself upward using explosions or a makeshift catapult.
  • Liftoff — get 2 seconds of airtime in a vehicle. Gain speed and jump off a ramp or cliff edge. Two seconds in the air is enough — just make sure you don’t land too early.
  • McFly - reach 88 mph in a vehicle. Find a long straight road and push a fast car to its limit. Some maps are designed specifically for speed — those are the easiest places to do it, so you can pick a suitable one from our Teardown mods database.

Unusual playthrough:

  • Bare Bones - complete any mission without using tools. Similar to “Where's my hammer?”, but it works on any mission. Explosives and vehicles do not count as tools, so feel free to use them.

Mission Achievements

Each achievement here is an additional challenge for an already familiar mission. They make you look at familiar levels from a completely different angle.

  • Speedrunner — complete a mission in under 60 seconds. The easiest way is on the first mission. Use the construction equipment near the house or throw propane tanks. Drag the safe straight through the debris to the water — with a bit of practice you can finish in about 45 seconds.
  • Where's my hammer? — complete the first mission without using tools. Blow up the house using propane tanks, mines, or the boat — they don’t count as tools. Drag the safe to the water manually. The Hook Shotgun works perfectly for this challenge.
  • Runner Up — complete the mission “The Chase” without using any vehicles. You can also do this on the mission “The old building problem”. Move only on foot — no cars, bikes, or anything similar.
  • The floor is water — complete the mission “Flooding” without touching the water even once. Use boards, debris, vehicles — anything that can serve as makeshift bridges. You can also use noclip to make it easier.
  • Swiss Cheese (An assortment of dishes) — complete the mission of the same name without getting hit by the helicopter even once. Watch the helicopter’s shadow on the ground and avoid staying in open areas during its flyovers.
  • Big Brother — complete the mission “Ornamental ordeal” without being spotted by robots. Move carefully, destroy robots from a distance, or sneak past them.
  • Paintjob — paint the boat during the Quilez Security mission.
  • I was on a boat — sink the yacht in the Marina sandbox.

Optimal Order for a Fast 100%

First, play through the campaign at your own pace. Don’t forget the sunken car on Muratori. The 4 story achievements and some progress ones will unlock naturally. After finishing the game, work on the mission challenges: Speedrunner, Where's my hammer?, Big Brother, and the others. This should take around three hours. Leave the grind for last. True looter and Now what are best saved for the end. Put on a podcast, load a large map (mods work great), and grind methodically. Now you know how to unlock all achievements in Teardown.
