The mission appears in the quest list after the quest "The Killing Moon", provided that you killed Solomon Reed and helped Songbird go to the Moon.

Accept a Call from Alex

After completing the main story, Alena "Alex" Xenakis will contact V (V) by phone. She will arrange a meeting at a familiar place – the shelter, in a bar called "The Moth." You can either wait for the appointed day or fast forward time by a few days.

Talk to Alex

Essentially, the entire quest involves spending time with Alex and discussing everything that has happened. The girl will introduce herself by her real name – Alina – and share a secret. It turns out she was tasked with killing V for betraying the NUSA (New United States of America) and killing Solomon Reed. However, she is not in a hurry to carry out the order and subtly hints that she doesn't intend to take it on. V has become a close partner and friend to her.

During the conversation, the main character can have a drink for one of their acquaintances, including Reed. The choice does not affect the storyline. At the end, as "proof" of V's death, Alex will receive V's government coin.
