Many players who want to go to university in The Sims 4 face the following problem: they can't get into a prestigious program. Despite the fact that the skills are raised almost to the maximum - nothing works. In this guide we will discuss in detail how to solve this problem.

First of all, it is worth understanding that only a young, adult and elderly sim can go to university. Teenagers cannot study at the university, only with the help of codes.

After your sim becomes young, you can submit an application for admission to the university through a computer or mailbox. Don't forget to raise your skills in the field you want to study.

If you just click "Go to University", then the prestigious programs will be closed for you. This happens because you did not submit an application for admission.

For this, using the computer, click:

● University

● Submit an application for admission to the university

After that, you need to wait 24 game hours and then again by clicking on the "University" section on the computer, click on "Check application status". At some point you will get an answer about admission.

● If your skills required for prestigious programs are pumped up at least 3, then they will open for admission and you can easily choose the faculty you need.
