If you just want to enjoy the game landscapes - the house will allow you to do it. What is no less important - in the location "Gavan' Klyka" there are also unique opportunities. Thus, at home you will find a world map, through which you can make a quick journey to major cities. The house has custom music. The doors automatically close behind the main hero. You can find shrines of all nine gods, in addition - the house has its own guard in the form of an NPC named Lama. Book shelves automatically distribute your books, and accommodate up to 140 books. In general, Gavan' Klyka is a paradise for vampires, and for an ordinary character too.

Does it lag in cities? The Street Cleaning - City FPS Helper mod cleans the following cities from garbage and unnecessary items: - Windhelm; - Riften; - Markarth; - Whiterun; - Solitude. There are only 2 versions of this mod. The main version keeps the balance between FPS and visual components. However, in the additional files you can find the most powerful version of this mod, which will significantly increase FPS, but will make cities... not too beautiful.
