How to get Eula and the weapon "Predator" in Genshin Impact 2.1: Why isn't Eula coming in the mail?

Eloi - new free 5-star character in Genshin Impact 2.1. However, as already mentioned, in this update she will be available only to PS users.

Let's figure out how and when users of different platforms will be able to get Eloi. Let's go!

Who can get Eloi in Genshin Impact

In patch 2.1 Eloi and her bow will be available only to PS console users. Open the in-game mail and open the gift message. That's it!
Users of all other platforms will get Eloi in patch 2.2. Unfortunately, the "Predator" bow will not be available.

Eloi doesn't come to the mail, what to do?

If in the 2.1 update there was no notification with Eloi to your PS account mail, then most likely it is a bug. In this case, you can only wait or write to support. Good luck!
