So, first we go to the extreme point of the teleport of Dainiti Mikoshi.

How to fulfill Mitia's mission in Enkanomi

We go to a small cave, where you will see 3 elemental columns and one grate next to each. Behind each grate awaits a geovishap, as well as various treasures. The book we need is behind the first wall on the left, which is activated using the Cryo column.
