Starting from 13:00 MSK on January 27, the costumes will be distributed via the in-game mail! To get the costumes, just go to the mail and open the letter.

2. Will the alternative outfit be saved if the character is not yet available?

Yes, the costume will be saved in any case!

3. Where to find and how to put on an alternative costume in Genshin Impact?

So, open the character profile, go to the "Wardrobe" section and change the skin!

4. The costume does not come to the mail, what to do?

In this case, restart the game and try to open the mail again!
