Tower of Fantasy is a role-playing gacha game with an open world. This means that throughout the game, you will need to accumulate special currency and spin banners that allow you to obtain common or extremely rare characters/weapons/weapon enhancement materials. If you have played Genshin Impact, you will find it very easy to understand the gacha system in TOF!

The Standard Banner in Tower of Fantasy: How It Works and Looks

For this banner, just like in Genshin Impact, there is a separate currency, which looks like this:

Guaranteed SSR in the Standard Banner Tower of Fantasy

You are guaranteed to obtain an SSR character or weapon on the 80th spin in the standard banner. It is important to note that the guarantee is not reset if you have already obtained a legendary weapon or character before.

Guaranteed SR (Purple) Weapon in the Standard Banner TOF

The SR weapon is guaranteed to drop once every 10 spins (every 10th spin). Of course, if you are lucky, you may get more, and it may happen much earlier. 

For each spin in the standard banner, you will earn a special currency (cashback) called "Black Gold". By accumulating this currency, you can purchase items in the standard shop. 

At the bottom of the standard banner, you can also switch to another banner, which is the weapon banner that we will discuss below.

The Legendary (Event) Banner in Tower of Fantasy: How It Works and Looks

It is important to know that you do not have a 100% guarantee for obtaining the event SSR in this banner. You only have a 50% chance that on the 80th spin (guarantee), you will obtain an event character/weapon. If you are unlucky, you will get the same SSR that could have dropped from the standard banner. 

The currency for the legendary banner looks like this:

The only way to guarantee a 100% SSR (assuming you have been unlucky multiple times) is to accumulate cashback, which you receive for each spin in this banner. By accumulating 120 of them, you can obtain an event character!

• This currency is obtained for each spin in the event banner;
• If you manage to obtain the event SSR, make sure to spend your cashback in the shop because otherwise, all the gold will be transferred to the standard banner (when the event banner period ends).

All Other Banners in TOF

Weapon Enhancement Banner in TOF

Technically, this is not strictly a weapon banner, as you can obtain both SSR characters and legendary weapons from it. However, the chances of obtaining them are very low, so it is considered more as a banner from which you can obtain weapon enhancement materials since those items drop very frequently. By spinning this banner, your cashback goes to the standard banner (Black Gold).

By the way, this banner doesn't even have a guarantee for an SR weapon, let alone an SSR weapon.
