New Atlantis in Starfield is one of the main cities in Starfield, the capital of one of the main factions in the game - the "United Colonies." It is a modern and incredibly beautiful city where you can meet various interesting personalities, take on quests, acquire useful items, or sell unwanted junk. In this article, we'll explore what this city is, which characters you can meet there, what attractions you can find, and what you can do there in general.

Attractions, Locations, and Traders in New Atlantis

This is quite a large and well-protected city with its developed infrastructure. Here you can find various buildings and interesting locations - ranging from ordinary houses to the central bank. 

Interstellar Inn

A remarkable building that is hard to miss. It is advantageously located on the left side right at the exit from the spaceport, and it's not by chance. The Interstellar Inn is a hotel where travelers can rest after a long and tiring flight. 

Jemison Mercantile

If you need to purchase supplies and various odds and ends or sell unwanted items, the Jemison Mercantile store is perfect. Here, you can buy food, ammunition, clothing, and more, as well as make some decent money by selling unnecessary items.

Terrabrew Coffee

Sometimes you want to drop everything and just relax a bit. This can be done at the Terrabrew Coffee bar, where you can have a meal and buy delicious refreshing drinks with various bonuses.

Mast

The place where the Vanguard recruits newcomers. The Vanguard is one of the many divisions of the "United Colonies" and plays a crucial role in the organization's existence and functioning.

Constellation Headquarters

The headquarters of the "Constellation" organization. Located in an inconspicuous place in New Atlantis, only trusted members of the organization with the "LPV6 Chronomark" watch can enter. Inside, the location resembles a small library. Here, you can meet various NPCs, including the head of the organization - Sarah Morgan. 

NAT – New Atlantis Transit

"New Atlantis Transit," or simply NAT, is a system that allows you to summon transportation. It is located right at the spaceport and allows for quick access to various locations in the city.

UCSEC – United Colonies Security and Safety

Not far from the spaceport, you can find UCSEC - the main city security building. 

SSNN – Settled Systems News Network

While walking around the city, you may come across a building with a huge sign that reads SSNN. This building is the main news headquarters of the city - "Settled System News Network." 

Galbank

A massive glass building that can be seen practically from everywhere. On its walls, in huge letters, it says GalBank. This building is the headquarters of the main banking system of the galaxy. 

Characters of New Atlantis

In New Atlantis, you can meet several interesting characters. Some of them can become romantic partners, some serve as quest givers, while others are ordinary traders. The city is large, and there are many people. Let's take a look at the most interesting ones.

Dad

An optional character that appears if the "Kids Stuff" trait was chosen in the beginning. The appearance of the character will vary depending on what your character looks like. If the specified trait is chosen, the father will be waiting at the residence.

Adoring Fan

A character that many have been waiting for - the Adoring Fan, who is a reference to another game from Bethesda - The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. The Adoring Fan appeared in Oblivion as a companion right after the player became the champion of the arena. In Starfield, the Adoring Fan is available as a companion if the "Hero Worshipped" trait is chosen.

Sarah Morgan

The leader of the "Constellation" organization. You can find her at the organization's headquarters. She is not just an ordinary quest character but also a full-fledged companion. Moreover, under certain circumstances, you can develop romantic relationships with her.

Mom

Like the father, the mother of the main character appears when the "Kids Stuff" trait is chosen. Note that the mother of the hero is not just an optional character with a few lines of dialogue. The hero must take care of her since she has aged and needs care, and that's why part of the player's income will be used for her needs.

Walter

A business-minded character who cares only about money. He believes that power lies in money. His quote: "Anything is possible as long as you have money." You can find Walter at the "Constellation" headquarters.

Noel

Another member of the "Constellation" organization. 

Matteo

A young lad, a theologian of the "Constellation" faction. He believes in extraterrestrial life and studies artifacts. 

John Tuala

Lieutenant of the Vanguard involved in recruiting recruits. You can find him at the recruitment center (Mast) in New Atlantis.
