1. Restart the game;

3. Pass time in the game on a bed at an outpost - the marker may appear;
4. Use the console command by pressing the "~" key and entering the code: "setstage" (setstage 000160A9 600) - use this if you don't mind skipping part of the storyline;
5. Delete mod files from the game's root folder: /Steamapps/Common/Starfield;

However, please note that in most cases, this error occurs even in the "clean" version of the game, without modifications. Most often, a restart and save overwrite help - the bug does not recur.
