First, retrieve the flask from the house, and then go for the treasure. To successfully obtain it, you also need to pick up a certain plaque from the graveyard. Remember that you won't have another chance to get the item, so take it as soon as possible, or the door will close forever.

With the memorable plaque in your hands, return to the graveyard and defeat a small boss, who wields an axe. Now place the plaque in the designated spot, and the chalice will be yours.
