The mod allows you to move and rearrange many objects (even static ones). Thanks to this, you can now rearrange the furniture in your home, for example. This is done using hotkeys that can be changed (by default - the center mouse key).

The modification adds several new spells (shouts) to Skyrim SE-AE, thanks to which you can perform instant teleportation. Magic appears to merchants after level 75 of the alteration skill.
