Since Kokomi doesn't rely on critical stats, you can mix the following sets to balance her damage and character experience:

• Heart of Depth.
• Millennial Courage.

If you want to use Kokomi as a healer but still want some damage output, choose the following artifact setup:

• 4 pieces of Heart of Depth.
• Main stats: Max HP% on all items except the ring and goblet.
• On the goblet, use the Hydro damage bonus.
• On the headpiece, use Healing Bonus% to enhance Kokomi's passive ability, which converts the healing bonus into additional damage.

There's another option as well:

• 4 pieces of Millennial Courage.
• The same rules apply to substats, although HP% is less important in this setup due to the set bonus from 2 pieces. Kokomi with this set will pass the bonus (snapshot) to potential teammates in the party, such as Beidou or Xiangling.

You can also use the 4-star Prototype Amber catalyst, which can be crafted with substats focused on HP%. Another decent option is the thrilling tales of dragon slayers, but with this weapon, the character won't be able to deal significant damage independently.
