Head to the underground location - Institute of Natural Philosophe from the nearest teleporter.

Be cautious! Right beneath the trial is a current that you might accidentally get into, and you'll have to teleport back to the starting location. 

How to Complete the Break Through Like an Iron Fish Level

You'll need to swim through the underground corridors of the Institute of Natural Philosophe and emerge through the cave. Along the way, you'll encounter moving spikes and walls.
