Before the release of Cyberpunk 2077, the game Dying Light 2 was the second most anticipated game. However, after the release of the cyberpunk and the complete failure, all the hopes of the players remained precisely on the second part of the famous franchise. The game has already been postponed multiple times, explaining this by the fact that the developers want to give players the most cool and improved product to avoid scandals and not spoil the reputation.

Many were waiting that already in December they will be able to play this masterpiece. However, the dreams of the expectant were broken, since Techland announced another postponement of the game's release. This time they promise to release the game a couple of months later: February 4, 2022. This is explained by the fact that the game is already almost fully ready, but work needs to be done on optimization to give players a finished product.

The CEO of Techland himself said that they want to keep the maximum honest communication with the community, and that is why they do not want to lie or release a product and then refine it with patches. Yes, patches will be one way or another, but the main goal is to make the release version cool, to win the hearts of players. It remains to wait a little, but it is definitely worth it! It's a pity that you won't be able to play Dying Light 2 this year, but it's better than repeating the situation with Cyberpunk 2077.
