Cyberpunk 2077 Mods

Key plugin for many Cyberpunk 2077 mods. Automatically searches all r6/input/*.xml files and merges them with the corresponding input configuration file from r6/config/ and saves the results in r6/cache/. The configuration file is written to engine/config/platform/pc/input_loader.ini, which tells the game to load the merged .xml files.
