Quest Walkthrough: "Desolation"

So, we will receive this quest from Regina at Reputation Level 1. During the mission, you will need to retrieve the missing medication. After receiving the task, head to the specified location. 

You need to reach the 4th floor. Just as you exit the stairs, you will come across a locked door that can only be opened with 7 units of technical skill. 

Turn left to use the window ledge to get to the balcony. 

Go to the right and move to the adjacent area. Enter until you reach the collapsed ceiling (see screenshot).  

Explore the nearby rooms if you want, and then proceed to the door (it's the only one in this area). 

To avoid provoking a fight, choose the following responses:

- "The Fixer asked me to come."

- "If it doesn't work, then give it to me."

- "Death won't change anything."

- "The authorities will use death."

Now you can start heading back. Along the way, you will hear a gunshot, indicating William's death, as he couldn't survive this stage in his life. You can go back and retrieve his shotgun.

The mission is complete! Go to the postbox for your well-deserved reward.
