So, first of all we need to get to Westbrooke, namely to the local North Oak Columbarium. The exact place is marked on the map.
Having reached the entrance to the columbarium, we go up the stairs. On the second turn we take a step to the right. You will be here:
The red circle marks the very Andrew's niche. Approaching closer, you will find out that Barry's friend was a small turtle. He lost it and, apparently, fell into the deepest depression.
After that, go home and tell the police all the relevant information, or just say that Barry is in a very depressed state. After such a noble decision, you will receive + 680 euros. Good luck!
