When you progress through the second act, you will have the opportunity to conquer street races and show who's the boss in the competitions for the title of the best in Night City. You cannot participate in these races if you don't have an experienced shooter and a navigator. The bartender from "Afterlife" will fulfill those roles.

In this guide, we will tell you how to complete the questline "Queen of the Highway" and get two free cars.

How to Get the "Cthulhu" Car and Win the Races

- Go to the workshop and head straight to the bartender. Talk about your willingness to participate in street races.

- The next day, check your mail and see that Claire has sent you the coordinates for the first race.

- Call Claire and choose the car she offers. Wait for the race to start and begin. We recommend using Claire's car as it is versatile and performs well both off-road and on the track.

- After the race starts, take the first position and maintain it throughout the 31 checkpoints, then you'll win. Winning this race won't be difficult as the opponents' AI is not at a high level. 

- Talk to Claire after the race and head back to the garage.

- Similarly to the previous day, respond to Claire's text message and find out the location of the new race. Use the wait time menu to save time.

- The race will be outside the city limits. Get behind the wheel and wait for the race to start.

- Overcome all obstacles and race towards the finish line.

- After winning, have a conversation with Claire. Listen to her story about her husband, who tragically died in one of the races, and head back to the city.

The race is the final stage and will take place on city tracks.

After winning the race, talk to Claire, and she mentions that she would like to avenge her husband's death. 

- Call Claire and activate the final race. This time, be extremely focused because much more is at stake than just a regular victory. 

- During the race, pursue Sampson and damage his car. When his car is heavily damaged, he will leave the track, and you will have the option to choose:

1. If you decide that glory is more important to you than revenge, continue to swiftly head towards the finish line. In this case, Claire will be extremely angry at you for depriving her of the only chance to avenge her husband. Completing the "Queen of the Highway" quest can be considered finished.

2. If you decide that the agreement with Claire is more important to you, continue to follow Sampson. Sooner or later, Sampson will crash, and an interesting conversation awaits us.

Claire points a gun at Sampson and wants to kill him. You can insist that she doesn't do it, and she will listen to you. As a token of gratitude for your help, she will give you the keys to her car, explaining that participating in races without her husband makes no sense. Now, we can only hope that Claire finds her place in this world. 

A few days later, Sampson will call you, thanking you for saving his life, and as a sign of gratitude, he will give you his "Cthulhu" car. As a result of the actions described above, you will be able to acquire two cars at once.
