Phantom Liberty – the new substantial expansion for the game Cyberpunk 2077, was released on September 26, 2023. Players will delve into a brand-new full-fledged storyline and missions. It's anticipated that completing all the content will take approximately 30 hours.

"Secrets Sleeper Agent" – one of the main quests, during which the main character will have to rescue the President of the USA, take her to a safe location, and meet with the secret agent Solomon Reed.

Talk to Myers

After completing the previous quest, Rosalind Myers will urge you to leave as soon as possible. You'll need to find a shelter where the President will be safe.

Find the Entrance to the Secret Passage

The passage will be near the stairs and blocked by a container, which you might not notice. Move the container aside and enter inside.

Escort Myers to the Shelter

Proceed straight down the corridor – there won't be any junctions. At the end, you'll see a door you need to pass through, but it will be locked. Myers will suggest an alternative escape route – through a hatch right above your head. Climb up, follow the map marker for a bit, and talk to Myers again.

Find the Metro Exit

After talking to Myers, you'll have to choose your exit option. There will be three options in total:

  • Go through the tunnel on the left;
  • Open the door on the right using technical/strength skills – your choice;
  • If your skill level is insufficient, proceed to the right as well but interact with the valve.

Turn the Valve

Enter the adjacent room and examine the hole in the wall from which steam is escaping. The problem is that there's a surveillance camera over the passage, and you must not get caught on it – your coordinates will be transmitted to the enemies. Disable the camera by pressing "Tab" on PC or L1 on a gamepad. Turn the valve to pass through this section safely.

Use Technical/Strength Skills

You can disregard the valve and simply break the door if you have strength skills, or hack it if you have technical skills. Proceed forward the same way as after closing the valve.

Go Left

On the left, you'll find a technical tunnel. Go through it, scan the turret at the very end – it will open a passage down, which you need to jump into. Follow the stairs to reach the same room where other paths lead.

Proceed through the Wide Tunnel

Regardless of the chosen option, you'll end up in a wide tunnel. Myers will be with you – ride the elevator together to the 8th floor.

Escort Myers to a Safe Place

As soon as you exit the elevator, you'll find yourself in an unsafe zone. Right at the elevator exit, proceed down the left corridor – it will be the entrance to the shelter. Talk to Myers once again.

Upon entering the shelter, you'll discover it's completely out of power. Your next task is to restore electricity.

Proceed to the Phone Booth

Advance through the room, where you'll find quite a bit of useful loot and items – don't miss the shelves and crates.

Head to the Meeting Location

Reed suggests meeting at a basketball court near "Captain Caliente." Follow the marked location. Once you reach the destination, you can talk to Johnny while waiting for Reed.

Reed will appear suddenly, pointing his gun and ordering you not to turn around. Once you inform him of your intentions, Reed will lower his weapon.

Get in the Car with Reed

Approach Reed's black car, which will be nearby. Inside, you can finally have a conversation with the agent. Together, you'll head to the address where the President is hiding. Drive to the location and be prepared to fend off attackers along the way. To do this, you'll need to exit the car halfway and then get back in.

Return to the Shelter Where Myers Is Hiding

As you approach the building, you'll notice that it's surrounded. Take out the enemies as you advance. Lead Reed to the shelter – enter the elevator and go up to the 8th floor. Soldiers will also be waiting for you inside.

Escort Reed to the Shelter

After reaching the desired floor, proceed down the corridor to the left, as you did with Myers. Rosalind will let you inside.

Leave the Room and Wait for a Few Days

Descend to the 1st floor and exit the shelter to trigger a scripted event. You need to wait for Reed's call – to do this, press "H" and select the time scroll option. One scroll represents 24 hours, so you'll need to fast-forward time twice.

Immediately after this, Reed will call you and provide a lead. After the conversation with him, the next, fifth storyline mission will start automatically, and the "Secret Agent" quest will be considered completed.
