What additions await us in the new patches for Cyberpunk 2077?

Despite the fact that currently all Cyberpunk 2077 updates are focused on improving the system component, in the future we may expect something truly massive. After all, the game has so many gaps, such as detailed interiors and stadiums that are surprisingly inaccessible.

In this article, we will share with you all the relevant theories about what to expect in the new patches for Cyberpunk 2077. Let's go!

Did they really cut content or not?

Let's now remember that CDPR already lacked time for quality improvement of the project, which is why we have plenty of information about cut game content. Despite what the developers may say about the "inaccuracy of this data", it is difficult to deny the obvious.

The studio worked on the game for years, and in the final stages, the project exceeded all expectations. Naturally, the team lacked resources to complete the work within the promised timeframe.

In order not to postpone the game 10 times and disappoint users, the studio decided to cut out some story elements from the game in order to release the highly anticipated product at a rapid pace.

Remember that CDPR initially denied immediate game improvements, but soon announced a massive DLC in January/February! And this is despite the fact that they are constantly working on minor bugs and deficiencies in the world of Cyberpunk 2077.

Now let's remember the aforementioned objects, which are completely inaccessible. This suggests that CDPR was likely already working on expansions immediately after the game's release, and they will somehow be related to the inaccessible areas in Night City. And now let's talk a bit more in detail.

Objects like the large stadium in Pacifica create additional load on the system. So why would they leave them unless for expansions?

What will the expansions in Cyberpunk 2077 be about

Casino on the outskirts of Night City

Well, let's start by looking at the map. We see a quite large object that is impossible to approach.

However, by downloading a special flying mod, you can bypass the barrier and get closer to the object. Now let's compare this building with the concept art that's circulating on the internet.

Reddit users are confident that this is none other than a casino placeholder awaiting its visitors in the next DLC (left image is from the game).

It's unknown if it will actually be a casino and what design it will have - but in fact, it's a huge building that, in one way or another, will be connected to the storyline. It's quite possible that this place may serve as a point for accepting new objectives and quests, whether they are related to the activities of the establishment or not.

Pacifica and the secret stadium

In Pacifica, there is a huge fenced-off area where combat actions constantly take place. At the moment, it is not possible to access it (without bugs and mods).

But it's also worth noting the mysterious closed stadium that is adjacent to the combat zone (which already suggests some connection).

So, what do we have: a huge inaccessible area with a closed and equally massive stadium.

What could it be used for? To watch matches amidst the turmoil happening outside the walls? I don't think so. The residents themselves claim that only a true psycho equipped with an incredible number of implants could go there.

In fact, from this dialogue, you can come up with many theories, ranging from a war of cyberpsychos sent for safe disposal, to a completely new storyline with quests involving entirely new characters and a new story.

In support of another version, it should be added that in one of the conversations with the locals, V hears a phrase confirming the fact that someone has briefly been there. That is, they went out and came back. Perhaps in a future patch, we will return here and be able to stalk the unknown person who will lead us into the mysterious territory of Pacifica.

Well, that's it. We hope you found it interesting to delve into the world of theories and mysteries of Cyberpunk 2077.
