What is the purpose of a fermentation barrel and how to make it

What kind of drink is mead? In the game, it helps you not to freeze or neutralize poison. But to obtain it, a cauldron is not enough. The product needs to be fermented, and for that, you will need a fermentation barrel.

You need to ferment the mead for at least two to three in-game days. All potions in the game also require a fermentation barrel; without it, you cannot brew them.

To start the construction process, you first need to build a forge. Apart from that, you will need to gather a considerable amount of quality wood - you won't be able to chop it without a bronze axe.

Creating a barrel is not as difficult as it may seem - you will need a hammer. It is made from three units of wood and two stones. To make the barrel, you simply need 30 units of quality wood, as well as 5 bronze ingots and 10 units of resin.

How to obtain each of the elements

1. Quality wood is obtained from birch or oak trees, which can be found in the meadows biome.

2. Bronze. This metal is formed by smelting copper and tin. In the game, they appear as mossy stones. To extract ore, you need to have a deer trophy. Find the required amount of ore and then smelt it in your own smelter.

3. Resin. When you chop down fir trees, be careful - resin may drop. Firs grow in the forest biome. You can also obtain resin pieces from graylings or graydwarves, which inhabit the Black Forest.
