Unpack to any folder and then move to the mods folder.
Update:
Delete from the mods folder, all folders except OTHER and move the files from the update archive.

In the saves folder, WickedPerversionsMod and WickedWhimsMod folders
Don't forget to enable mods in game settings.
Don't forget to clean the cache (file localthumbcache.package, contents of the cache folder (except the FileCache.cfg file), contents of the cachestr and lotcacheddata folders.
