First of all, you need to settle on a new type of lot - a house with ghosts. You can make any residential house with this characteristic through the construction menu. On the second day at about 21:00 game time, Hydri will appear on your plot. Talk to him, have fun, ask him for advice - it doesn't matter.
Starting from this day you need to live in the house exactly 7 nights. On the seventh night Hydri will give you his costume, hat and shoes. The set will appear in CAS and you will be able to wear this unusual outfit.
