Teleport (Teleporter) is a special item in Lethal Company and an enhancement for the spacecraft that significantly speeds up the process of moving to a safe zone and helps escape from monsters at the most opportune moment. However, the item is not available at the start of the game – it can only be purchased at the terminal.

Let's take a closer look at all types of teleports in Lethal Company, what they are used for, and how to use them.

Regular Teleport

Regular Teleport is a large device resembling a room, standing in the middle of the spacecraft. It appears automatically after purchasing at the terminal for 375 credits. Through the regular teleport, players exploring the location can be moved. Only the coordinator – a team member staying on board – can do this. Only they can track the location of other players on the computer and teleport them to a safe zone.

How to activate the regular teleport:

1. Approach the computer and open the corridor map, where the movements of all characters will be displayed;
2. Use the white button to select the player whose movements you can observe and later teleport;
3. Press the red button when it's time to move the player on board the ship.

The teleport may be needed, for example, if a player is stuck or trapped with monsters. Note that all inventory will be lost during the move. However, you will avoid penalty points from the Corporation for the death of a team member.

The teleport restart time is 10 seconds. Only after this period can you move another team member.

Inverse Teleport

Inverse Teleport works similarly to the regular teleport: select a team member on the white button, for movement – yellow. However, in this case, the player will end up not on the ship but in an absolutely random location in the area. It could be either a safe space behind a locked door or a room teeming with monsters. Act at your own risk.

Inverse teleport is more expensive – 425 credits. The advantage is that with it, a player on the ship can move to other team members. Unlike the regular teleport, the inverse teleport can be used in single-player mode.

It's best to activate the teleport when a player hasn't had time to gather valuable resources, and you can save them from death without losing inventory.

How to Buy Teleport

To purchase a teleport, interact with the terminal on the spacecraft. Go to the "store" section, then choose one of the teleport types: "teleporter" - regular, "inverse teleporter" - inverse teleport.

We recommend purchasing teleports once you have mastered the basic mechanics of the game and accumulated credits.
