Secret Mirrors (Looking Glass) - special items scattered throughout the ruins of the Morte Region in Fontaine. Most of them can be encountered during the quest chain "In the Wake of Narcissus."

Searching for Secret Mirrors will unlock a new set of world quests and a small continuation of Caterpillar's story.

Where to Find All Secret Mirrors: Location

You will find most mirrors while searching for 4 Seals in the quest "In the Wake of Algae". To open some passages, you'll need to solve puzzles. You can find detailed walkthroughs for each sub-quest separately.

Mirror 1

You will find the first mirror as part of the quest "Mother of the Muses". This is the starting quest in the "In the Wake of Algae" chain. Head to the nearest Archon Statue, dive underwater, and swim to the ruins where the first seal is located.

To access the room with the mirror, you first need to solve the Orthant puzzle. You can learn how to do this from the guide for the "Mother of the Muses" quest.

After solving the puzzle, the room will fill with water. Now you can swim to the upper part of the ruins and to the previously inaccessible room where the purple mirror is located.

Interact with it, enter the inner space, and battle three Thundercraven Rifthound Whelps. After the fight, exit the secret room through the mirror on the opposite side of the wall.

Mirror 2

The next mirror will be lying in the ruins you'll enter during the quest "Meteoric Lance". This time, the mirror will be located before the Orthant puzzle, in front of the elevator that will take you to the floor with the green crystal. To activate the mirror, you need to direct both beams to the receptors. After that, you can enter the secret space.

Behind the mirror, you will battle a Thundercraven Rifthound and obtain a Remarkable Chest with a blueprint. Also, exit through the mirror on the opposite side.

Mirror 3

The third mirror is in the same ruins. Take the elevator down, which you unlocked earlier, to the lower floor. Go forward, lift the grate by solving the puzzle, and proceed forward until you reach the energy device. Go down and walk towards the far wall of the room. The mirror will be lying on a piece of the wall, and you don't need to activate it.

Enter and defeat the Rifthound Whelps again. Return through the mirror on the opposite wall.

Mirror 4

The next quest where you'll find the fourth mirror is "Cupid’s Lover". The mirror will be hanging on the wall in front of the hall with the green crystal to which you need to direct energy streams. You won't have to search for it. Once again, battle the Rifthound, unlock the Exquisite Chest, and enter the opposite mirror.

Enter the mirror. There won't be any enemies here. You need to light two torches on either side of the sunflower painting. Once you do that, a small red ghost or spirit will fly behind the painting. Leave the room through the mirror next to the painting.

Mirror 5

You can find the fifth mirror during the final quest of the chain - "Thalia and Melpomene". The mirror will again be in the hall with the main device – you won't have to search for it. Once again, battle the Rifthound, unlock the Exquisite Chest, and enter the opposite mirror.

Mirror 6

You'll find the last mirror after completing the entire "In the Wake of Narcissus" quest chain, and the Tower of Ipsissimus sinks underwater. Teleport near the tower and swim to the lowest floor. Battle the Meks and swim to the center of the room to enter the tower.

The mirror will be hanging on one of the walls. Inside, there will be a Rich Chest behind barriers. Your task is to swim around the barriers to open the chest. A red spirit will fly out, hiding behind the sunflower painting again. Exit the room through the painting where the spirit disappeared.

Immediately after this, a previously inaccessible world quest will begin, which you may have missed – "Through the Looking-Glass."
