How to Obtain and Where to Start the Quest "Seirai Stormchasers"

To start the "Seirai Stormchasers" quest, you need to visit Katheryne at the Adventurers' Guild. Talk to her, and she will ask you to explore the island.

How to Reach Seirai Island 

Head to any location where a ship appears, then follow the waypoint to the island. The first thing you need to do is head to the large red beam of light and activate the Statue of The Seven.

Where to Find Cat Footprints in the Quest "Seirai Stormchasers"

Go to the Hiraumi Fort area to find the first adventurer, then return to the Statue of The Seven in the Koseki Village, where you will find the second one. Talk to them, and they will point you in the direction to trace cat footprints on the ground. The cat's footprints cross a wooden bridge nearby and continue along the island until you reach the shrine.

The footprints will lead you to the Asase Shrine, where you will find a talking cat named Neko. Neko will ask for your help in fixing a donation box. You will need materials, so return to Koseki Village and talk to the Treasure Hoarders there. They will inform you about the location of their base, where some supplies are stored.

Return to the Hiraumi Fort and defeat all the Treasure Hoarders at their base. Once they are defeated, you can search the boxes, retrieve the necessary materials, and then return to the Asase Shrine to fix the donation box!
