Maintenance Compensation = 600 Primogems.
Daily Commissions = 2520 Primogems.
Battle Pass = 5 Intertwined Fates (which is equal to 800 Primogems).
Star Dust Exchange in the Paimon Store = 10 Intertwined Fates + 10 Fates & Fortunes (which is equal to 3200 Primogems).
Spiral Abyss = 1800 Primogems.
New Events = 2100 Primogems.
New Achievements = 100 Primogems.
Character Test = 60 Primogems.
Daily Login to HoYoLAB = 80 Primogems.

Based on the calculations above, Genshin Impact F2P gamers should have the ability to collect around 11560 Primogems for version 2.3.
