This mod for Sims 4 enhances employment, making it more intricate and realistic. Your character will need to acquire job search skills, register on SimHunter, adeptly compose a resume, and learn to navigate through interviews!
If your character is already employed, then while searching for another job and attending interviews, they will remain in their current position. However, if you're unemployed, you'll need to put in some effort! Just like in real life, preference is given to candidates who are not too young but also not overly mature. It might seem unfair to me as well, so you can try taking legal action against them by finding a good lawyer. The outcome isn't guaranteed, but be aware that such an option exists.
As you advance in your job search level, new opportunities will open up, but that's not enough. To get hired, you'll need to connect with companies, and subsequently, everything will depend on you!
