This guide is about where to find and how to make a cake in The Sims 4. Eventually you will need it, for example, for a wedding or a birthday. 

You can't buy a cake in The Sims 4 – it's not provided by the game. But there is one trick: you can choose a cake when organizing a wedding.

Making a cake in The Sims 4

In order to make a cake, you need at least the "Gourmet Cooking" skill and a kitchen specially designed for cooking. An advantage will be a developed "Gourmet Cooking" skill, in which there are several recipes for making a cake. 

The cooking process:

1. Press the stove, and when the menu appears, select "Cook". Just click on the cake that you liked. 

2. After cooking, press the cake and decorate it with wedding figures.

List of cakes in The Sims 4 that you can use for a wedding banquet:

1. The first level of culinary mastery will give you the opportunity to make a "Biscuit" cake.

2. The fourth level will allow you to cook a "Strawberry" cake.

3. "Gourmet Cooking" will give you the opportunity to cook a "Black-White" or "White-Black" cake.

4. "Multi-layer cake" will appear with a developed "Cooking" skill. 

If you don't have time and the wedding is already on the nose, use special codes:

1. "Gourmet Cooking":

stats.set_skill_level Major_GourmetCooking - the code gives possession of the skill from 1 to 10.
