The game "S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat" once amazed gamers. It still has dedicated fans who replay it over and over again, always finding something new. The developers decided to delight players with a new installment that will allow them to immerse themselves in the changed Zone of Alienation. According to the available information, many abandoned old locations will contrast significantly with the new ones.

The Zone itself has undergone significant changes. While wandering through its territory, a gamer may come across a stunning field of flowers. This indicates that nature has started to renew and revive. However, there are certainly more dangers than beautiful locations. And you can expect them from everywhere. For example, a seemingly harmless deer turns out to be a bloodthirsty monster. Moreover, it's not always possible to kill the animal with a single shot since it has special armor. You need to know where to aim. The deer itself is not afraid to attack the player and also possesses so-called "psi-skills": the ability to summon nearby monsters or create illusions of itself.

Stalker 2 gamers should also beware of anomalies – there are plenty of them, and they are more diverse: explosions, tornadoes, and so on. Artifact hunters will particularly often encounter them. Specialized devices can be used to detect them. However, it doesn't guarantee avoiding all troubles. You'll have to act cleverly and use your ingenuity.

There will also be a new faction in Stalker 2. In Ukrainian, it is called "Varta" ("Watch" or "Guard"). They will counteract the bandits and ensure the safety of the Zone and artifacts. According to the faction's conviction, the latter must be given to scientists. The leader is Alexander Korshunov. He personally seeks out good mercenaries. According to the developers, it's not worth quarreling with the colonel as it can lead to dire consequences.

Interestingly, survival is elaborated in quite detail. It's not enough to bandage wounds or find better armor. If the character suffers from hunger for a long time, their endurance will decrease, and shooting weapons will become difficult. Prolonged lack of sleep also has a negative effect on the hero. However, it will be possible to deal with the listed debuffs using special items, such as drinking an energy drink to restore alertness.

The new part of Stalker will be released on April 28th next year for Xbox Series and PC. The developers promise about a hundred hours of gameplay and a non-linear plot. Additionally, multiplayer elements will be added after the release. However, cooperative play will not be available.
