Kameo Fights is a new mechanic in Mortal Combat 1 where enemies battle in pairs. One character actively participates in the fight, while the other doesn't appear on the battlefield but can provide support by delivering attacks.

Among the main characters, you can only unlock Havik, but the game features a total of 15 Kameo fighters. They also have their unique Fatalities and stand alongside the primary fighter at the end of the battle as a team.

How to Unlock

Until you unlock a Kameo fighter, their portrait will be displayed in gray. You can unlock 5 of them additionally out of the 15: Sub-Zero, Motaro, Scorpion, Kung Lao, and Shujinko.

New characters will be unlocked as you level up. Here are the required levels for specific characters:

• Scorpion – Level 5;
• Sub-Zero – Level 10;
• Kung Lao – Level 15;
• Shujinko – Level 20;
• Motaro – Level 25.

The fastest way to level up is through active participation in battles and completing the "Invasion" mode. This way, you'll progress quickly and gain access to all Kameo fighters in the game.

How to Activate a Kameo Fighter's Power

To summon a Kameo fighter onto the battlefield, you need to accumulate energy. When the hero's portrait lights up, it means you can use their ability. To do this, press:
