In The Witcher 3, buffs during meditation lose their properties, often ending. With this mod, buffs will be preserved during meditation, and their duration will not be reduced.

In The Witcher 3 there is a very unpleasant limitation on the level of equipped items. You can get high-level items, but you won't be able to equip them. This is done for balance.
