Very cool and useful gameplay mod allows to get a number of bonuses to construction when your army is in the settlement. There are 2 bonuses in total. The first bonus is taken into account depending on the level of your engineer. Now the engineers of your army will really help to build your settlements if you are resting there (increases the number of bricks - construction points). The second bonus comes from your warriors who help the builders. For every 4 warriors in your squad, the settlement will get +1 construction point. This also takes into account the troops currently under your command (vassal army, etc.).
