The mod for Sims 4 adds sirens to the game. Actually, not all mermaids are as nice as they are shown in the game. This mod fixes that. In order to become a siren, your sim must be a mermaid and eat a new seaweed that you can buy through the computer. Once you turn into a siren, you will have access to new interactions. You will have a thirst scale that can be quenched by other sims. You will need to call them using new actions. Then, depending on your choice - drink blood or eat flesh (victim will die).
