Only squad members can participate in dialogues, regardless of radius. - Allies. All playable characters/allies can participate in dialogues, regardless of the squad limit and location.

Fixes a bug due to which NPCs start walking during dialogue. Usage: - After installation, you need to enter player.aps imtalkingtoyou. There is no need to re-enter the command. One pass (one character) = 1 command input.
