Several side missions offer the player the opportunity to help people four times and confront a dangerous cult of fire-worshippers. In this guide, you will learn how to start the mission and complete it.

How to Start the Quest

To make the mission "The Flame" available, you need to complete the sixth story mission called "Amends." Switch to Peter Parker and wait for a call from Clarke, who will ask for help in rescuing civilians from a burning building. The starting point for the mission will appear in the central part of the Financial District.

Completing the Side Mission

As mentioned earlier, Peter will have to complete four separate tasks.

First - Where Have You Bean? During the mission, Spider will need to talk to firefighters who ask for help. Use the Spider-Bot gadget to enter the building and mark the people who need to be saved.

Use the Spider-Bot's legs to remove obstacles in your path.

Carefully navigate past traps. Listen to the voices of civilians to make it easier to locate them. After rescuing everyone, defeat a group of bandits.

You will meet your old acquaintance Yuri, who is known as the Wraith, and she will tell you about the cult of pyromaniacs.

For completing the mission, you will receive 1000 XP, 200 Tech Parts, and 2 Hero Tokens.

Second - Everything Burns. This mission is located in the Chinatown area. Examine one of the doors on the rooftop marked with a burning paw symbol.

Enter with Yuri and defeat the enemies.

Examine the photographs in the area.

Use a ventilation shaft to access the adjacent room and defeat the cultists inside.

Scan the walls in the area and the people on the floor.

After finding the required body, bring it to the door scanner.

Defeat all the enemies in your path again, and the mission will end. For completing it, you will receive 1200 XP, 250 Tech Parts, and 4 Hero Tokens.

Third - I Knew You Had It. After Flame accepts Yuri's meeting at an abandoned hospital, she will accept his invitation, even though it looks like a typical trap. The mission is located in the Astoria area. Examine the inscription on the rooftop of the building. Head to the marker and defeat the enemies there.

Use an opening in the wall to enter the building.

After advancing a bit, jump onto the ceiling and crawl through the crack.

Scan the map on the wall.

The final part of the mission will involve a battle with a large number of enemies, a meeting with Flame, and a battle with the Wraith herself.

Defeat them and receive a reward of 200 0 XP, 300 Tech Parts, and 6 Hero Tokens.

Fourth - It Was Meant For Me. Peter will learn about the cultists' next actions, which include blowing up part of the city. The mission is located in the Williamsburg area. During the mission, you'll need to find and disarm four bombs. To prevent them from detonating, press the L1 and R1 buttons in a simple QTE.

The bomb will be disarmed.

When you reach the train part, you'll need to catch the explosive device with the L2+R2 buttons.

In addition to the bombs, Spider will have to deal with crowds of cultists. For completing the mission, you will receive 3000 XP, 400 Tech Parts, and 8 Hero Tokens.

Achievement for Completion

By completing all four parts of the mission, you will receive the "Crimson Hour" trophy and a new appearance for the Saving Lives Suit.
