Quests in Loop Hero: What are the tasks for?

Quests in Loop Hero are very ambiguous, as tasks are not always able to make the player's progress easier.

In this guide, we will tell you what quests are for and what they will give the player in Loop Hero. Let's get started!

How to start a quest in Loop Hero

So, quests are tied to the Village. If you haven't unlocked this map yet, build a gymnasium in your camp - the Village will immediately become accessible, and you can include it in your deck before embarking on another expedition.

What the Village quest map does

First and foremost, this map gives you a small health bonus when you walk through the Village. Thanks to the map, you will receive one quest enemy in a loop every day (it will be selected completely randomly). And here is where we encounter the first pitfall.

The quest enemy is marked on the map with a crown icon and appears golden on the health bar.

Due to the random selection, the enemy can be extremely powerful, but the reward for defeating it will also be significantly increased.

Another important point: if there is a Vampire Mansion next to your quest map, you can easily upgrade it to a Count's Estate, but your map will be devastated for 3 loops. After the upgrade, the quest enemy will still be selected in the same way, but the loot for victory will become even more valuable.

Remember, when you have multiple Village cards in your loop, one of the ghouls in the ravaged village can turn into a quest enemy, which can greatly increase the difficulty of the battle. Pay attention to this if you plan to farm Expansion Spheres.

The quest will fail when your Village is completely destroyed, while your quest enemy remains intact and unharmed. Do not try to use Chrono Crystals on the quest map - they will not work.
