Little Nightmares 2: Walkthrough of the Third Level in the Hospital
After you complete the first two levels in Little Nightmares 2, you will have access to level three walkthrough - the Hospital.
Level 3: Escaping the Elevator Shaft
Once you pass through the building, keep to the right and walk across the planks to the opposite side. Push the garbage container to close the lid. As soon as it closes, push it to the right and continue running.
While moving through the alley, don't forget to collect the scattered remains. Climb onto the garbage container and then through the TV screen - there will be a passage to the Sixth ahead. She will help you lift the hatch cover and crawl into the ventilation shaft.
Climb through the window, pay attention to the beds suspended in the air, as you'll have to climb on them. For the first time in the entire story, you will find a fuse box with a fuse. This is a puzzle element of this level. Approach the fuse box closely, and your character will take it. Now simply place it in a similar fuse box.
Carefully descend in the elevator, but do not attempt to run or jump, as the elevator may fall. See the ventilation shaft? Open it and crawl inside.
Level 3: Finding the Key in Stuffed Toys
When you find the flashlight, take it, as it will come in handy like never before. Everyone you encounter on this level will fear the light like fire. Simply shine it on the enemy, and they will run away. However, there may be cases where there are too many enemies, and you'll have to resort to some tricks.
Leave the room. You will enter a corridor. Pay attention, as you will find scattered remains. Go straight to the only open doors that will lead you to a water dispenser. Take a bottle and throw it at the button, then tune the TV to the correct channel.
Look directly at the TV, and on the right, you will see a staircase. Go there and search for a plush rabbit. That's where you'll find the key. There will be a large number of toys in front of you, so use the X-ray device to scan them all and determine the exact location of the key. Now go down and burn the toy on the stove and take the desired item.
Level 3: Finding the First Fuse
Run to the first floor, then up the stairs, where you'll find a door - examine it. When you enter it, don't miss the opportunity to collect more scattered remains. Go to the door with broken glass. Climb through it, then move the box in the room.
At this moment, a new enemy will appear - the Living Hand. It will pursue you everywhere on this level. The hand can attack, but its attacks are predictable, so just step aside.
Once you kill your enemy, start moving the box away from the door. Now break the glass and leave the room, but before that, take the fuse from the table.
Level 3: Finding the Second Fuse and Escaping the Mannequins
With the fuse, you can open the elevator door. This is where the flashlight will be more useful than ever before. Don't forget to turn off the lights throughout the hospital and cautiously make your way through the corridors with the flashlight on. To immobilize the monster, simply shine the light on it.
Sooner or later, you will enter a room where patients were lying. You will easily pass by the first two, but it is important to hide under the bed. After that, wait for the right moment and proceed. Next, avoid encounters with the mannequins, although it won't be easy.
First, drive away all the "patients" as far away from you as possible, and then open the door. Drive them far away from you to have time to open the door. They move quickly in the dark.
The next room will be filled with monsters. Run through the ventilation shaft without stopping. If the monsters get too close, drive them away with the flashlight. You should see a bookshelf, climb it to enter the ventilation shaft.
The shower... What to do? Take a piece of soap and aim at the button next to the grate. Turn on the light and approach the grate. The monster sitting in the wheelchair will start to get up. Turn on the light - it will run away. Move its wheelchair and climb up the grate into the ventilation shaft.
Be cautious when approaching the mannequins, they will come to life and try to kill you. To complete this mission, you will need to use complex keyboard combinations (it's better to use a gamepad for this purpose).
Instructions on how to run past the monsters:
You won't be able to rush through the room, you'll have to use your brain a bit and act carefully.
Wait until 5-6 mannequins gather around you, then use the flashlight to send them to another part of the room.
Stay on the right side, that's when the monsters will come to life.
Periodically shine the light on the mannequins and avoid cornering yourself, it's extremely difficult to get out of them.
Did you see the lever from the electric chair? You need to activate it. The lever will activate and there will be a short circuit. As a result, you can pick up the necessary item. Throw it into the tray next to the grate and run out of this room. Find the fuse box. Put the fuses in the box and then head to the morgue.
Go to the required door, but be careful - a living hand will attack you. Grab the pipe and start dealing damage. Immediately in front of you, there will be another hand. You should kill both of them, otherwise, there is no way forward.
Level 3: Escaping the Monster in the Hospital
Be careful, there is a boss in this room. Wait for him to turn away and run past him. Take any object and throw it at the button next to the grate.
Hide under the bed and take the toy that will open the grate. Don't immediately run into the opened door, it's better to wait a few minutes until the monster calms down and goes back to its lair.
Climb into the ventilation shaft through the bookshelf to reach the morgue. Take the stretchers out of the freezer, jump into them, and wait for your companion to push you. Welcome to the dead-end room with the key. Dive into the lower refrigerator immediately to pick up the artifact.
Next, climb onto the lower gurney to jump onto the upper shelf. Jump onto the refrigerator door, and now onto the coffin a little further away. Then jump straight to the key.
Return back with the key and open the door to the ventilation. In the room, there is a switchboard with a slot for a fuse. You will pick it up in the next boss room. There is a door on the left side of the room, go there.
Pull the lever and quickly hide under the bed. Wait for the boss to enter and quickly run into the previous room to retrieve the item you need.
Once you insert the lever into the fuse box, you will have to run quickly and for a long time to escape from the boss. Once you reach the cremation chamber, enter it and wait for the boss to enter, then activate the chamber. Next, take the elevator to the floor above and exit through the window to the street.
