Half Hat: Collect 6/12 hats.

Far Ahead: Collect all the hats.

No More Remains: Find all 18 chaotic remains in the game.

How Do I Look: Wear the Agent's hat, which you unlock after completing the game.

In The Palm of My Hand: Hold the Sixth for six minutes.

Twenty Six: Call the Sixth 26 times in total during the game. Only works when she is present.

Prime Time Content Consumer: Unlock all achievements/trophies, then replay the finale.

Where to Find All Hats and Chaotic Remains

Chapter 1: Achievements and Trophies

Evasive Prey: Reach the house in the forest without triggering any traps. Read how to easily pass the minefield here.

What’s In The Box: Once inside the creepy house, open the refrigerator.

Fair Prey: Wear the hunter's raccoon hat throughout the entire final chase sequence.

You will find the hunter's hat in the house when you first arrive - leave the kitchen and go to the front area of the hallway. Then go left to find the room with the hat. Put it on and wear it until the end of the chapter.

Wild Kids: Find all the chaotic remains in Chapter 1. Use the guide mentioned above to help you.

Foraged: Complete Chapter 1.

Chapter 2: Achievements and Trophies

Referee: Wear the baseball cap and run through the football gates.

The baseball cap and football gates are located in the playground yard of the school. Take the hat from the garbage container near the locked entrance door to the school.

Fly Free: Collect the paper airplane in the children's room at the beginning of the school (the room filled with beds). Take it back to the window you entered the school from and throw the paper airplane outside.

Bully of Bullies: When approaching the classroom where the Teacher is conducting a lesson, run to make them notice you. Let them chase you to a large bookshelf, which you will climb. When the bookshelf tips over and falls, it will crush them.

Merciful Feat: When you acquire the pipe (weapon) in the room with the sitting puppet child wearing a silly hat, do not kill him! Just leave.

Mono Tones: In this chapter, you will find a piano. Run back and forth on the piano keys until you unlock this achievement/trophy.

Schooled: Complete Chapter 2.

Chapter 3: Achievements and Trophies

True Colors: The girl (Six) puts on a raincoat. You won't miss this achievement.

X Best Friends: In the X-ray room, turn on the X-ray machine, and then hold hands with Six behind the screen.

Toys Are For Kids: Wear the Teddy Bear hat and burn all three teddy bears in the incinerator. Next to the X-ray room, there is a playroom with teddy bears. The incinerator is located in the elevator at the entrance.

The Teddy Bear hat is found in the same room as the toys. Climb to the top of the bookshelf in the far-right corner.

Popcorn: In the hospital lobby, you will eventually obtain a fuse to unlock the door on the right. Once unlocked, you will find a corn kernel near a wheelchair. Take the corn kernel and burn it.

...And Stay Dead: After defeating the hand, strike it three more times with your weapon.

Objection: Before the hallway next to the reaching hands mannequins, there is a scratched eye looking down at some cheese. Collect it, take it to the secret room with chaotic remains, and throw the cheese into the hole. The room is located at the back of the hallway.

First Do No Harm: After catching the doctor in the incinerator, do not press the switch. Just exit through the elevator.

Medicine Ball: While escaping from the swarm of mannequins, you will enter a room with a medicine ball. Throw it at their frozen hands.

Hunger: On your way out of the hospital, use the vending machine until it stops dispensing snacks.

Hospitalized: Complete Chapter 3.

Chapter 4: Achievements and Trophies

Post Industrial: In the second elevator puzzle, you need to wear the postman's hat (check the hat's location guide) and descend through the garbage chute to the mailroom area. Put the large package in the mailbox marked with an eye symbol.

Unlady Like: Enter the secret room with the child and the Lady statue from the first game. Push the statue down to break it.

Paled: Complete Chapter 4.
