The Hitman series has always been known for its variety of game modes, and the third installment is no exception. The developers decided to keep everything as it was in the previous series, but with some small nuances. 

This article is for those who want to learn all the intricacies of each game mode in Hitman 3. Let's go!

Multiplayer in Hitman 3

Unfortunately, the developers have not yet introduced multiplayer into the game, but there will likely be a patch that will introduce a two-player mode. So if you were expecting a multiplayer mode, we have bad news for you (for now).  

If we look at it globally, the following modes are currently single-player:

1. Campaign - the regular storyline that you have to complete on your own. However, the game is still enjoyable and you will definitely have fun.

2. Elusive Targets - you will receive unique targets that require tracking and elimination without the supernatural abilities of Agent 47 and with the multiplayer interface disabled. 

3. Escalations - contracts consisting of multiple levels where you need to eliminate targets. Each completed mission allows you to access more challenging missions. 

4. Contracts - a familiar mode from the first and second installments. You can play the missions created by other players. Create a contract for others to complete, and then personally complete the mission you devised. Only then will you be able to add it to the user database. 

5. Sniper Assassin - eliminate your enemies completely unnoticed using sniper equipment. 

Hitman 3 VR - Latest Information

It turns out that the developers have created VR exclusively for PS virtual reality. There is no full support for PlayStation controllers, so you will only be able to control Agent 47 with the DualShock controller. 

The controllers are equipped with gyroscopes, so you can engage in close-quarters combat by using hand movements. This mode is now available in the first two installments as well.
