Where to Find Rocky

Rocky is located near the Weeping Willow of the Lake location. Follow the path to the east, and Rocky will be waiting for you on a small wooden platform with a house. By the way, you can spot him on the map.

How to Defeat Rocky

The combat principle with Rocky is identical to the battle with Liam (Liam). The difference is that Liam uses elemental projectiles, so it's particularly relevant to use reactions, especially the Dendro (Dendro) element, when facing him. You need to use shields, healing, and try to dodge the boss's attacks since they can "one-shot," meaning they can deplete the entire HP bar in one hit.

Rocky uses martial arts, so elemental damage is not as crucial here. Although, it's still one of the most effective combinations.

How to Assemble a Squad

An example of an effective squad you can build:

• 1 – a powerful and leveled dps that deals the most damage. Otherwise, your battle will last for dozens of minutes. Neuvillette, one of the new characters, is an excellent choice as a strong dps;
• 2 – a support for the dps. In this case, Nahida or Furina would be excellent choices;
• 3 – a healer/shield character;
• 4 – a free slot that can be used for an additional dps or another versatile support.

Of course, these are not the only characters that can handle Rocky. This is just an example that you can modify according to the specified character characteristics and roles. For example, you can take Wriothesley, Hu Tao, Wanderer as dps, and versatile supports like Furina, Bennett, Xingqiu, Yelan, etc.

Use characters that play multiple roles to free up space in the squad for another dps just in case. For example, Diona is an excellent healer and a decent shield character. She pairs well with Ayaka and Shenhe in a Cryo team, buffing Cryo damage. The new Charlotte provides more healing but lacks a shield.

Under Xiao or Wanderer, Faruzn is an excellent choice, buffing Anemo damage. For healers, Jean and Sayu work well.

The most important thing you need is to assemble a sturdy squad with high survivability and significant damage. You can ignore the correctness and logic of builds if it increases the overall DPS. You're not in the Abyss – there's no time limit. The squad can consist entirely of dps characters – it doesn't matter.

Rocky's Attacks

Rocky uses the following attacks:

• Close-range: Charges a punch and strikes in front;
• Ground Slam: A charged punch attack that deals area damage. You can jump or step back a bit;
• Series of Fist Blows into the ground with explosions. It's easiest to run as far away as possible – dodging each explosion is challenging;
• Leap: Rocky jumps and deals powerful area damage that throws the player. It takes away a lot of HP – you need to move away as far as possible.

For defeating the boss, you'll receive the "Rocky Avildsen" achievement and 5 primogems. Further along the path, you'll encounter the next local legend, Liam.
