Stage 1: Sword, Fish, Resistance

1. Follow the marker on the map and reach Teppei to have a conversation.
2. Next, go to the resistance camp and talk to a man there.
3. Proceed to Sangonomiya Shrine and initiate a dialogue with Kokomi.
4. Go to the location of the Resistance Fish-Sword 2 unit. There, you will need to talk to the members and then defend an area threatened by enemies. 
5. After defeating all the enemies, return to the headquarters and have a conversation with Kokomi, followed by Teppei.
