How to take the task?

It's simple - you won't get the task until you complete the quest called "Sacred Deer".

Done? Then go to Gavan Lee Yue and look for the guard with the name Big Kun. He usually stands near the north dock. Start talking to him and he will give you the quest "Nephrite Fishing". 

Mission completion

From the very beginning, collect the debris that will be nearby the north dock. All the boxes are in the water. 

If you have a cryo character in your collection, take it and create an ice floe. Then go through it to the boxes. Now go to the south dock and do the same. 

Then report to the guard about the work you have done. He will send you to Bai Wen and entrust her with the boxes. She will be waiting for you in the Moon Sea Pavilion, and he, in turn, stands at the top of the city.  

That's it! The task is complete, get your reward.
