To start the quest, return to Arbon and Alberre, with whom you previously discussed the alchemical toy.

Talk to Arbon, the Shop Worker

To unlock the series of quests, simply talk to Arbon. After the dialogue, a panel with available levels will open. If you talk to Alberre, who also gives a separate quest, you will unlock access to a different mini-game series - "Efficacy Testing Simulation Arena".
