Genshin Impact 2.4: What will be the weapon banner for Shenyue and Xiao?

The stream of Genshin Impact version 2.4 developers confirmed the fact that in the upcoming version we will have 3 reruns and one new character. The first half of the update will bring us rerun Siao and banner Shen He, a new Cryo support heroine.
