Doom Eternal is a serious game, but the developers added a strange sound and visual effect for stunning. The mod comes in 3 variants:
- Main, which removes cartoon effects (both sound and visual);
- Only audio. Removes only the audio effect (bird sound);
- Only visual. Removes only the visual stunning effect.
