The character from "Blade Runner" in Cyberpunk 2077 is another Easter egg of the game and a reference to the famous Ridley Scott cinematic work. Apparently, the developers were really inspired by cult and not so well-known people, as the film "Blade Runner" is a fantastic thriller in which we have both cyborgs and features of their intelligence, as well as many other futuristic details.

To find this Easter egg, go to Heywood, specifically to the "Metro: Congress Street and MLK Boulevard" point. Follow the indicated place. Before you will see two bridges located on both sides. Cross to the opposite side of the billboard (screenshot below) of the road and enter the building. The entrance is located near the bridge, near it are lying garbage bags. Enter the elevator and go to the balcony - 42nd floor. Go out of the elevator and go straight to the edge of the balcony. Turn left and you will see a staircase passage. Go down until you find a sitting man.

Interestingly, from above this wet man on the balcony is just 100% copy of the actor from the movie "Blade Runner". However, if you look closely, you can see a completely different character.
