The situation with DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 is quite challenging and is still in the realm of the "unknown." Despite the developers confirming the release of paid add-ons for the game, the specific release date for the DLC is still unknown. 

However, some specifics have been provided: in January and February, they should address a number of bugs and issues related to post-release failures. 

Release Date of Free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077

If we have to wait for major add-ons for a few more years, judging by the silence from CD Projekt Red, fans were still hoping for smaller additions. By the way, the developers stated on their official website that they were ready to present players with a new story in the Cyberpunk 2077 universe in early 2021. 

It was supposed to be in the spring of this year, but let's remember all the problems that have piled up on the development team... It is logical to assume that they are currently not focused on another free DLC.

Kiciński stated that at the moment they are not working on add-ons at all; they need to finish dealing with the current bugs first. A similar situation awaits the multiplayer mode of Cyberpunk 2077, which will not be available before 2022. We can only hope that we will see the free DLC for Cyberpunk 2077 this spring, as CDPR previously mentioned.
